Career can be a Profession Or Chosen Line Of Work, which can include one job or multiple jobs. A career usually use skills and talents while providing personal fulfilment and a sense of purpose.

Technology is the applications of scientific knowledge to the practical aims of human life

Roadmap is a strategic plans that defines a goal or desired outcome and milestones needed to reach it.

THE HIGHLIGHTS From THE TOPIC:

  • Choosing a career path in tech career are of two paths
  • LINEAR PATH:one can keep following a particular line of profession from lower to the higher positions.

  • NONLINEAR PATH: one can change from one line of career to another Field of career. DISCOVERING OF ONESELF It is important for one to discover his/herself . To know those things the interest and motivates him. The things you do at leisure time what are the skills and talents in you. Understanding the strength and weakness will also help in choosing a career.
    TRANSITION IN TECH To explore in the area/ areas of your interest in tech having a metor/ coach.

  • trying out some new projects
  • joining a community or social media that talks about your areas of interest Building a new knowledge Differentiate yourself and get noticed *Doing some volunteer job
  • Getting a job.

I will apply the knowledge learnt as follows: *I have to check and find out the skills or talents I have.

  • join some communities or groups in social media that will help me improve my skills or talents
  • Following some coaches and mentoring programs that will help in bringing out my potentials
  • trying bout new things I have learnt
  • Associating with people of like minds Doing some voluntary works to show my skills applying for jobs.
